What the work is
A file moves through seven stages: onboarding, structuring, jurisdiction and entities, service providers, offering documents, regulatory filings, and launch. At each stage we record who is doing what. Counsel decides the structure and the filings. The client appoints the administrator, the auditor, and any depositary. We do not manage money, place securities, hold assets, or take an investor commission.
How an engagement starts
It starts with the inquiry form. Coordination is quoted after the scope is clear. We do not publish a rate card. Sending the form does not create a client or fiduciary relationship, and it does not appoint counsel.
